These movies are so much fun! In an age where everything from Star Wars to Game of Thrones can be such huge letdown’s, granted high expectations, it gives me hope that there are a few left in Hollywood like Keanu Reeves that knows how to make solid entertainment.
No political agenda, no grotesquely obscene sexual explicitness, no Tarantino-styled endless dialogue.
If John Wick 1 and 2 were entertaining, this one is much, much, much bigger and better in both scale and execution of the action.
The cinematography assist in delivering an unforgettable visual story and display the action packed, eye popping methods that Wick is willing to take to survive to win. The best scenes involve the mythology of the world and this again is the case here especially the scenes involving Anjelica Huston.
If you watch closely enough you will see homage paid to great classics where one hero saved the day and went through massive fights to get where that person needed in such movies like Die Hard, Enter the Dragon, the matrix (Keanu’s one movie), and going up the levels to fight even reminds one of the raid (possibly).
Just kick-ass action with frequent tongue-in-cheek throwback references to cult classic action flicks.
Our modern day Clint Eastwood must be John wick if you ask me.

The IMAX experience was pretty much worth it, although the standard screen experience won't feel too different either, to be honest.
This time some light, natural humor was also added, making it different than the first two movies. This man has BEEN prepared for war, it’s just that his opponents happen to be people that once walked the same paths as him.

One of the problems is the fight scenes should get progressively crazier but the first one in a knife museum!!! (Yes, not a typo) was so delightful that the more standard fare didn't zing as much One weird theme they introduce to muted affect is that other assassins are sometimes fan boyish towards the legendary Wick and that seemed out of tone with that universe.
I mean this is seriously a next-level action flick that's also filled with gorgeous visuals.So his preparation begins with knowing he is no longer provided services by the company he once worked for.
Solid escapism. This entry in the John Wick franchise does not hold quite the same heart or emotional tug that the first entry did, however, I thoroughly enjoyed Parabellum.
Go, watch it ASAP! I can call it the best R-rated action film of the year. The man is the equalizer with a clear cause, and the punisher without all the inner demons. I had some trepidation seeing this. The film literally begins at the end of JW2 and then like a plague mutating Wick just kills anything he meets.
The film here has been censored so we did miss some of the brutal action, and what's worse is that viewers could feel what got cut and I could hear them making kinda disappointed voices. But even after that, this is a perfect action masterpiece that's going to be remembered for ages to come.
Also, every single action sequence is super-impressive, mind-blowing, outstanding, crowd-pleasing, heart-pounding, eye-popping... there's no shortage of adjectives to describe the brilliance of the action.
Why wouldn’t you want amazing visuals as you watch neatly choreographed fight scenes that are thrilling none the less? The two combine to create a sense of amazement as each fight in the movie helps show how bad ass John Wick really is.
However, this film improves both on the action and the cinematography, while also not losing the grip on the story that is perfect enough to connect the set-pieces.
First off, let’s speak on Parrabellum which is Latin for prepare for war.
Keanu Reeves once again lights up the movie with his dedication to character to execute these scenes tirelessly.Keanu Reeves is just impressive. This is the closest an American action film can get to Indonesian action classics The Raid 1&2.
As we continue the plot here, the story of John wick 3: Parabellum wins a solid 9/10. (hoping that our protagonist wins).
This was all just kick ass action and nothing less. John Wick 3 delivers to you its best pound for pound movie thus far in the trilogy and a nice cherry on top to get you prepared for whats to come from this soon to be 4 part movie.
